We process and ship orders from Toronto within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. The processing and shipping times depend on the items you are ordering. Royal blue is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. that can alter the date of delivery.

We offer FREE Domestic Shipping sitewide! This does not include free returns. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
We do not offer free shipping for international orders. If you need your pieces to arrive sooner, a faster shipping method is available at checkout.
Choosing the wrong shipping method will delay the delivery time frame, but we are here to help. If you already placed your order and need to expedite your shipping, please contact us within an hour of placing your order at service@Info@royalbluediamonds.com. We will provide next steps for upgrading your shipping.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
You are responsible for the import duties and taxes designated by your country. These rates vary greatly by country and are somewhat random as some countries may not charge duties and taxes for international packages. We do not have control over these charges and cannot provide estimates. These import duties and taxes are NOT included when you place your order.

Refuse
If you refuse your order to avoid paying import duties and taxes or if you decide you do not want your order, the return shipping fee charged to Royal blue Pendant will be deducted from your return.
TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Standard Delivery
All orders that include the standard shipping option are shipped via USPS. The tracking will only show where the package is in the Toronto and will not update once the package is overseas. The only time tracking will update overseas is when it has been delivered. Please note that transit times can vary as packages sometimes get held at customs. Unfortunately we cannot control this, as it is in the hands of your country’s customs officials. The usual transit time may increase and your order can be delayed up to 7 weeks. It is not common, but it happens occasionally.
Expedited Delivery
We use DHL or Fedex to process all expedited international orders. These are our most reliable carriers that will provide status updates of your order as it travels in the Toronto and overseas.
Refuse
If you refuse your order to avoid paying import duties and taxes or if you decide you do not want your order, the return shipping fee charged to Royal blue Pendant will be deducted from your return.
