Merchandise Returns

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and include all product documentation.

All Royal blue pendant may be returned for credit. The removal of Royal blue  pendant is free with no additional fee. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Yes, Royal blue is happy to exchange your item for merchandise credit within 30 days of purchase for an item of equal or greater value. You only have to pay the difference if the new value is greater than the return value..

No. You may choose any carrier you prefer, but we highly recommend that you insure the shipment – particularly on items valued at C$500 or higher.

On the average, about 4-5 business days from the time we received your item, enter it into our system, and pass it along to our Quality Assurance department (roughly 24 hours, Monday-Friday). For returned items, please allow an additional 2-3 days.

Once your return is processed allow 2-3 business days to receive the  package. On its shipping date, expect a confirmation e-mail no later than 5 P.M. PST.

In fact, we are so confident in our prices that we offer a price match program; if you find an advertised diamond of comparable size, shape, and quality, we will work to match the competitor’s price.

If you need your pieces to arrive sooner, a faster shipping method is available at checkout.
Please note we stop processing orders at 11:00am EST and our general processing time is 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted in the product page. Please view our shipping page for detailed information.

If you no longer have the box or padded envelope your package was shipped in, please make sure to ship it in packaging that will prevent the item from incurring damage during transit. All individual pieces must be returned in the original packaging and manner it was received.
Please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return. This helps us identify and process your return efficiently.
Back pendants are considered handcrafted and must be returned unworn, in its ORIGINAL packaging with receipt, and in the same condition it was received within 7 days of delivery.
